Kudamaloor Muraleedhara Marar who hails from a temple bound community in Kottayam, had done many research works and actively engaged in the promotion of Kalamezhuttupattu, Pancha vadyam, Sopana sangeetham, Thayambaka etc.He passed the Examination with First Rank from Kshetra Kalapeedam, Vaikom by the Travancore Devaswam Board. He has been professionally performing these art forms from the past fifteen years and awarded with the junior fellowship in the filed of kalamezhuttu from the Department of Culture, Ministry of Human Resources Development. |
